Alan Abela-Wadge is 22 years old and has been brought up in the picturesque village of Msida. He is the son of Jeffrey Abela-Wadge and Doris Abela-Wadge (nee Borg) and has 2 brothers, Keith (27) and Clint (18)

Alan obtained his education at Achille Ferris Primary School Msida and at the Lyceum in Hamrun. Later on he continued his studies at the Malta Collage of Arts and Science and Technology and he also continued at the Swatar Training Centre. At the moment Alan is also studying a Bachelors in Business Administration at the European Institute of Education and will continue his studies when he graduates with the view of getting an MBA in Finance and  then that will be closely followed by doctorate degree. At the moment Alan works for an international bank were he is a Team Leader in the customer services department.

Alan has always been involved in his local community; shortly after the age of 5 he joined the Alter Boys of the St. Joseph church in Msida were he spent not less then 11 years. In that time Alan was in charge of several groups and he was also an Alter Boy at the St. John Co-Cathedral in Valletta. When he left the Alter Boys; Alan immediately joined the Pre-teens group organized by the local parish. After 2 years Alan; together with 6 of his closest friends opened a Youth Centre on behalf of the local parish called Youth Appeal. 5 years ago Alan, together with his brother Keith, joined the local football team Msida St. Joseph FC's committee. Being just 16 years old at the time Alan was the youngest committee member of a Premiership team in Malta. To date Alan is still involved with the Msida committee were currently he holds the position of Media Director.

Alan is a strong believer of team Work. His motto is that Together We Achieve More!
