I can write about Msida all day long, however sometimes it’s better to just admire pictures of how beautiful our hometown is. The Bees Won!! EU votes to ban bee-harming pesticides
The European Union has voted for a permanent ban on pesticides that are harmful to bees. Three major neonicotinoid chemicals linked with the decline of pollinating insects will no longer be allowed outdoors across the region, building on existing restrictions in place since 2013. The near-total ban on these chemicals comes after mounting concern from scientists, environmental organisations and politicians about their impact on bees and the wider environment.

Proposals For A Better Msida – 4 – Making Msida Greener.
Out of all the ideas I have for our hometown Msida, I strongly believe that this one is my favourite. We live in a locality that is surrounded by concrete. Wherever you look at you see buildings. Many of the houses are being demolished and replaced by apartments.
